Airport Shuttle Service:
Available from the Athens Airport (East and West Terminals) to the Congress Hotels on June 21, 22, 23, 24 & 25, 1997.

Shuttle Service during the Congress:
Daily shuttle service will be available on June 23 & 24, 1997 from/to Hotels-Congress Venue twice a day (morning-afternoon). Time schedules will be announced in the final program.

Hotel Accommodation:
The Organisers strongly advise all Europartenariat Participants to reserve their hotel rooms as soon as possible to guarantee accommodation in Athens/Piraeus.
Please use the Accommodation Form and specify hotel category and type of room (single/twin) desired as well as arrival and departure dates. The names of hotels will be given upon confirmation. All firm requests must be accompanied by full payment and mailed directly to TRIAENA TOURS Ltd. The agents will send you confirmation of the reservation and receipt of payment. Room reservations will be made on a first come - first served basis.

Above rates are daily and include breakfast.

Payment Conditions:
Payment of Hotel and Tours reservation should be made in ECU. Reservation requests will be confirmed on a first come - first served basis. A credit card number or a non-refundable deposit of 100 ECU per room, to be deducted from the total amount, is required in order to confirm the booking. A handling fee of 17 ECU will be charged per person. Payment may be made preferably by credit card, or by bank draft directly to TRIAENA TOURS Ltd. Payment should be made free of charges. All amounts outstanding must be fully prepaid by 23rd of May 1997, thereafter availability cannot be guaranteed. Any room or tour reserved and not cancelled by the 23rd of May will be charged. Upon full payment, the rest of the travel documents will be sent. No personal cheques are accepted.

Climate:
Athens in June is pleasantly warm during the whole day. Temperature ranges from 22°-30°C.

Foreign Currency Exchange Bureau:
The official currency in Greece is the Greek Drachma. All official prices such as official social events, hotel prices etc. are in ECU. For the convenience of all participants a Foreign Currency Exchange Service will be available at the Congress Venue.
