1983. It manufactures alkyd resins, polyester resins
(saturated and unsaturated), urethane alkyd, aluminum paste
(leafing and non-leafing types), emulsion resins
(vinyl-acrylic and vinyl-veova), oleoresinous varnish and
stand oil. It is one of the major suppliers for the paint
industry in the Philippines. It has exported resin to
Vietnam, Singapore and Israel.
The company seeks co-operation with any European companies
either to acquire new products or technology on an agent to
sell their products or acquire new materials for their
